My love for champagne and sparkling wine began thirty years ago. I was first introduced to it at a casual dinner at the home of my husband Jay’s close childhood friend’s parents where we were frequent guests. Originally from Sweden, the hostess was a wonderful host, cook, and lover of champagne. She believed champagne was perfect for celebrations, but just as great for a weeknight with friends and family.
